I recently stayed here on business and was pleased with the location and the staff. All of the front desk staff were VERY helpful with directions around town, and knew some great places to eat (check out Porterhouse Steak House) and the location to the train station was great.

Stayed at Springhill Suites while visiting family in Chicago. Good location near freeway. Not too long of a drive if going to downtown Chicago or near north. Somewhat longer drive if going to south side. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. No complaints. Great value.
