After four years of planning and constructions, Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago.  The concept was unique.  We would create a signature menu with a selection of dishes designed to pair perfectly with our Cooper’s Hawk wines, made on-site in our own private winery.  With sophisticated food and exceptional wines, our concept was born.  The Cooper’s Hawk concept includes four distinct components:  a modern casual restaurant, a full working winery, a wind tasting room and retail gift store,  and full service bar… all under one roof.  Each Cooper’s is unique in layout and décor,  with its own authentic barrel aging room.  The wineries produce different styles of wines which are sold in our restaurants and retail stores.
